Practice ...Squats with heavy weights for downhills. Practice hard power walking on grades above 7% as you won't be running them there. Treadmills are good. Practice hard power walk in general, before you need to walk. Sub-4mph should be your goal, on the hills. Jumps up the bench. Step-ups on the bench with dumbbells.
